Return Policy

How can I request a RMA number?
ANY PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO US MUST HAVE AN RMA FORM INCLUDED. RMA numbers are given out through our website by clicking here.

If a product is returned to us without an RMA form, we reserve the right to hold your return until you contact us to give us the needed information to process the return. The RMA form can only be used for the order for which it was issued. It cannot be used to return other products that have not been approved by InverterSolutions.com for return.

LCD Panel Customers
LCD Panel customers cannot return panels just because a consumable/user serviceable component fails.

If you can see the image with a flashlight, it is not an LCD panel failure and is not subject to RMA.

The most likely causes of LCD failure without physical visible defects are:

  • inverter failure
  • blown bulbs or tubes
  • poor main board voltage to the inverter
  • broken cable filaments

Tracking Service or Delivery Confirmation (DC) service is mandatory.

All return shipments must be presented at a shipping counter. USPS Click and Ship shipments (22 digit prepaid/preprinted Delivery Confirmation numbers) are not eligible for cross shipment.

For USPS customers, you must retain your stamped green Delivery Confirmation slip with 20-digit tracking number. This is the number that should be entered into the RMA form, not your original tracking number. Make sure the package is over 3/4" thick so USPS Delivery Confirmation can be applied properly when verified throughout transit.

Packages under 3/4" thick often get returned because USPS Delivery Confirmation cannot be used on flat envelopes.

We are not responsible for lost RMA shipments.

Refunds
If we cannot get you a properly working part in similar time frame as the original order, we guarantee a full refund including shipping. However, there are absolutely no refunds based on the following criteria:

  • Shipping delays by the courier after a package is verified to be "In Transit."
  • An online tool from our site or another site suggesting the wrong part.
  • Buying the wrong part based on a misdiagnosed problem.
  • Deciding the part is no longer needed for any reason.
  • A consumable or user serviceable component failure ie, lamps or bulbs.
